Thank you for the time in reading my post. Yes I did business with Lennar, and yes this a legitimate review from a real customer…thanks. They are slapped together and have major construction quality issues. Worse off, Lennar does not stand behind its poor work.
We were lied to multiple times, belittled, and ignored. Our moderators read all reviews to verify quality and helpfulness. I will never buy or recommend this company. They pulled out of a contract as a family was getting ready to move. Then, raised the the selling price by $110,000.

Please save yourself the frustration and go with another builder. I was very close to walking away from the house yesterday. Before hiring a contractor in Michigan, be sure to get at least 3 detailed bids.
Renmark homes is proud to have a 5 star rating and reputation for providing architecturally planned, built homes and dual occupancy homes. Be mindful this is a new build and moved in six weeks ago, Mid August 2022. Please feel free to reply if you would like more photos of the experience we’ve had. I do not have words to describe or express how I am feeling. The actual job is scheduled to start in June, however, Brian Kramer was wonderful during the quote/bid/design phase.
I know it's been over 30 years; however, engineering reports and reports from the foundation company indicate the problem is due to poor construction. The foundation failure broke my plumbing and the cost is over $50,000 to fix my foundation and plumbing. They needed to install over 200 piers and it is all because of poor construction. I would not purchase a home built by Newmark Homes.
He and His guys used our bathroom when there was a portable bathroom specially for the job . His people also opened cabinets in the house when we were not present. As the warranty was expired by 3 months - He refused to do the work. - Did not answer my calls as matured professional.
I have an old home - built in '42 - and there were things that caused plans to be altered. Those things could not be foreseen until walls were opened up. Brian would explain what was going on, he would give me options, he would listen to my views, and then we would reach a decision. Brian and his assistant, Keith, made the project absolutely painless for me. I never once had to ask that something be fixed, or altered, or addressed, because they noticed and took care of it first.

They did lots of mistakes in my house such as stair, flooring, bathroom, back door, front door etc. List is too big that I really don't understand what to include over here and what to exclude. Even after listing all problems in warranty tickets, they aren't turning out till now.
